Cirucal drafts every declaration. You sign.

Cirucal reads your customers' REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Prop 65, TSCA and conflict-minerals requests, drafts each answer from your own records, and hands it to your quality manager to check and sign.

Every fact links to its page Unproven? It goes on hold Signed by your quality manager

Every customer asks what is in your parts, on their own form, by their own date. The answer is already in your files: a supplier declaration, a mill cert, a test report. Finding it and re-typing it is where the week goes.

A typed 1922 US Department of Agriculture factory inspection form, filled in and signed by the inspector.
Factory inspection record, 1922The paperwork isn't new. The re-typing doesn't have to last.

Cirucal does the finding and the typing. Your quality manager keeps the judgment and the signature.

Who's behind it

A note from Sibi

I'm Sibi, and I started Cirucal.

The people who sign compliance declarations at mid-sized manufacturers spend much of their week finding and re-typing answers they already have. The judgment is theirs. The typing doesn't need to be.

We're starting small on purpose. For the first manufacturers we work with, I set things up myself: your records, your customers' forms, the rules you're asked about. You see every draft before it counts for anything.

If your quality inbox sounds like this, I'd like to hear about it. Tell me which requests take up most of your week.

Questions

Straight answers

US manufacturers, roughly $10M to $250M in revenue, whose customers ask them for compliance declarations.

You do. Cirucal prepares the draft. It never sends anything itself.

You see every draft before it goes anywhere, with the source for each fact. Anything that can't be proven is marked as open.

No. We work from exports and documents you already have.

Forward them to your own address on cirucal.com, or upload them.

Yes. Word, Excel and PDF forms, plus IPC-1752A and CMRT.

A parts or BOM export, the supplier declarations, certs and test reports you hold, and a few recent customer requests with their forms.

They stay yours. They're kept apart from every other client's records and used only to answer your requests.

We agree a fixed price for a pilot before any work starts. After that it's a monthly fee.
